In addition, she is a trained herbalist and aromatherapist. \n\nJulie is the author of two books for homeschooling parents, two Bible studies, and three botany curriculums. She currently teaches Writing, Bible, and Health/Physical Education at a small, alternative Christian high school in the Chicagoland area. She also offers health coaching and personalized exercise plans for the teens she teaches. About 360 Resilient

360 Resilient is a production of Julie Naturally, LLC.

From the creator of the popular Crunchy Christian Podcast comes a new show about what it means to be resilient in all aspects of self--body, mind, and spirit.

First, Julie is a Christ follower and mother of four grown children who she homeschooled from the beginning. She is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer, and holds a Master of Science degree in Health & Human Performance. In addition, she is a trained herbalist and aromatherapist. You could say that she is truly an integrative health professional.

Julie is the author of two books for homeschooling parents, two Bible studies, and three botany curriculums. She currently teaches Math, Bible, and Health/Physical Education at a small, alternative Christian high school in the Chicagoland area. She also offers health coaching and personalized exercise plans for the teens she teaches. It is her belief that all high schools should offer health coaching for their students if we are ever to make progress in stemming the rising tide of obesity, diabetes, and other chronic health conditions in our youth.

She is also a strong believer in a church that is free from food addictions, emotional eating, gluttony, and other culturally accepted idolatry.
